About the role

Looking for a solid Quality Assurance specialist with a background in Master Data Management or Data Quality validation expertise.

What you’ll do:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for MDM solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business rules.
Conduct thorough testing of MDM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data management processes.




Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
Validate data integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Solid understanding of MDM concepts, including data matching, data cleansing, merging, and survivorship, is crucial.
Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for comparing and testing data.
Develop test scripts for data testing in MDM solutions for entity creation with services.
Design test cases and test plans to test survivorship rules to determine which attributes should be retained in the golden record.

What you’ll need:
Overall 4+ years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in SDLC / Agile based delivery. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.

Must have:
Proven experience in quality assurance, specifically in Master Data Management (MDM) environments.
