We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with solid hands-on expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, combining OOTB configuration with custom development. The ideal candidate can engage customers, shape solutions, and support technical conversations, including demos.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions across Sales / Service / Experience, and Other Salesforce Cloud using both standard OOTB configuration and custom development
Build custom solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, middleware)
Translate business requirements into scalable, well-architected Salesforce solutions
Present solutions to business and technical stakeholders, articulating value and technical fit
Build and deliver demos/POCs, including Agentforce use cases, where applicable
Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of Salesforce development experience across multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales / Service / Experience / Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Solid hands-on skills in OOTB configuration (flows, validation rules, page layouts) and custom development
Strong Apex skills triggers, classes, asynchronous patterns, production-quality code
Strong LWC skills building performant custom components for real-world scenarios
Solid integration experience REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, or middleware
Excellent communication skills able to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Good to Have
Hands-on experience with Agentforce
Exposure to Omni Studio and Omni Scripts
Exposure to any of the Industry Clouds
Prior pre-sales or solutioning experience in a Salesforce consulting/product setting
Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Other Salesforce Certification, etc.)
