We are hiring a Digital Content Creator who can plan, create, and manage high-performing social media content, especially short-form videos (Reels/Shorts). This role requires a solid understanding of trends, audience behaviour, and content that drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Plan weekly content calendars based on trends and business goals
Create engaging reels, posts, and short-form videos
Edit videos using trending transitions, hooks, and audio
Shoot basic photo/video content when required
Write captions and optimize posts for reach and engagement
Track performance and improve content based on insights

Core Skills (Must-Have)
Experience managing social media accounts
Solid knowledge of reels editing, transitions, and trending audio
Basic photography and videography skills




Understanding of digital marketing (engagement, reach, conversions)

Tools (preferred)
CapCut / Adobe Premiere Pro
Canva / Adobe Photoshop
