Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients, sponsors, artists, and collaborators.
Explain company services including film production, ad shoots, music videos, casting, and event coverage.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales and production team.
Follow up on inquiries received through social media, website, or referrals.
Maintain a database of contacts and update call records regularly.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the management team.
Handle basic client queries regarding pricing, packages, and services.
Achieve weekly and monthly calling targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Valuable communication skills (Hindi & English required).
Confident,
persuasive, and qualified phone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory).
Interest in media, films, or entertainment industry is a plus.
