Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.:
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
Maintain and update customer databases and records.
Call existing clients and make regular conversations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Positive communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
