Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute cutting-edge cocktail menus tailored to specific event themes and client preferences.
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable manner, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and tracking spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked before, during, and after events.
Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately when required.




Adhere to all local and national regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible consumption.
Collaborate with event planners and catering staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current beverage trends, current products, and mixology techniques.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of mobile bar stations, ensuring all equipment is handled with care.
Troubleshoot and resolve any bar-related issues that may arise during an event promptly and professionally.
