Responsibilities:
Explain courses, programs, and offerings clearly and persuasively.
Help the students to enrol in the courses.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and conversions in CRM.
Resolve queries related to course content, batches, fees, and admissions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services to enrolled students.
Ensuring effective utilization of the course in which the student is enrolled.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years to 3 years of experience in tele calling, counseling, or customer service (preferably in the education sector).




Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Polite, confident, and result-oriented approach.
Excellent follow up skills
Basic knowledge of civil services preparation is a plus.

Familiarity with CRM tools is desirable.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
