Role Description

We are hiring a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing & Administrative Executive based in Chennai. The primary focus of this role is digital marketing execution, supported by administrative and operational responsibilities.

The role requires creativity, solid communication skills, structured thinking, and the ability to manage both digital initiatives and office coordination while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary - Digital Marketing
Manage and support social media platforms and content calendars
Assist in content creation, coordination, and publishing:




Perform basic to intermediate video editing for official digital content
Contribute to creative ideas, campaigns, and content planning:
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) for content drafts, research, and productivity
Support digital research, trend analysis, and performance tracking

Secondary - Administrative & Operations
Handle administrative and office coordination tasks
Prepare presentations (PPTs), reports, and documentation
Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders professionally
Manage schedules, records, and internal communication
Support leadership with operational and organizational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong digital marketing fundamentals and social media knowledge
Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
Good understanding of content workflows and branding basics:
