Key Roles & Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound sales activities on a daily basis to identify potential buyers.
Lead Management: Efficiently manage and service inbound leads sourced from Digital Marketing (Performance Marketing), social media, and referral networks.
Conversion & Walk-ins: Focus on the Lead-to-Walk-in conversion ratio to achieve monthly site visit targets and business KPIs.
CRM & Reporting: Maintain real-time data integrity by updating CRM software with daily call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules.
Consultative Selling: Understand client requirements to provide project information, acting as the primary point of contact during the pre-sales lifecycle.
Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills to handle objection handling effectively.
Process Driven: Proven ability to drive the Pre-Sales process, including lead nurturing and sales pipeline management.
Work Ethic: High energy levels with the stamina for high-volume calling and target-oriented settings.
Education:



Graduate or Under-Graduate; a background in Business Development (BD) or Telesales is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Office, or CRM platforms for accurate sales reporting.
