The company recently raised USD 40 million from Japanese insurance major Dai-ichi Life Holdings Inc. We are seeking to enhance our presence in 1000+ locations across the country and increase the agent base to 2 lac on our platform.

We are looking for a agile and results-oriented Area Head / Sr. Area Head to lead and drive the performance of our Direct Channel sales team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing a team of Front Line Sales (FLS) representatives, ensuring achievement of business targets, and driving customer acquisition for life insurance products.

Role and Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Front Line Sales (FLS) representatives to achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans to expand customer reach and improve productivity.
Ensure the team has the required training, tools, and motivation to deliver consistent performance.
Monitor sales metrics, track daily performance, and take corrective actions where required.
Drive quality business by ensuring compliance, persistency, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain solid relationships with customers to enhance engagement and retention.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates impacting life insurance sales.
