Job Profile: STEM Tinkering Coordinator Position: Fulltime-Contract Basis

Experifun requires resource person for a tinkering lab, who possess a combination of technical skills in the field of electronics development, mechanics, IoT & Robotics. Resource should have teaching experience in tinkering or STEM labs at private or government schools.

Key Responsibilities:
Visting & reporting to schools implementing tinkering lab projects.
Design and implement projects, guide students, and foster creativity.
Provide technical support, assist with advanced projects, and ensure safety protocols.
Inspire creativity, help with project aesthetics, and integrate artistic elements into projects.
Create curriculum that integrates STEM principles, lead workshops, and promote inquiry-based learning.
Mentor students, organize community events,



and share knowledge of best practices.
Develop and enforce safety guidelines, conduct training sessions, and maintain a secure setting.

Required skills:
Knowledge & usage of various materials used in disciplines like electronics, IoT, Robotics, woodworking & coding with electronics materials.
Proficiency with electronics & mechanical tools and machinery, understanding of technical concepts.
Solid understanding of design thinking and creative processes.
Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways.
Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab & syllabus followed in the labs.
Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions.
Hands-on experience with various students & college projects and tools.
Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab.
Know how about ATL Dashboard
Supported students in building exhibition models.
Proficiency in MS Office
