JD:
7.5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development/architecture.
Solid expertise in App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications.
Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search and Now Assist.
Robust knowledge of GenAI, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI and RAG.
Experience with REST/SOAP, MID Server, OAuth and SAML.
Solid architecture, client handling, team leadership and communication skills.
