AWS/Azure, Linux/Windows administration
SNMP, SSH, WMI, PowerShell, Bash

Responsibilities

Implement and support ITOM solutions

Build and maintain Service Maps

Develop custom Discovery Patterns and CMDB solutions

Configure Event Management and Alert Correlation

Ensure CMDB health and data governance

Mandatory Certifications:

ServiceNow CSA

ServiceNow CAD

Preferred: CIS - Service Mapping or Event Management, ITIL v4 Certification.
