Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate support.
Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including
Native language , English&Hindi;/Kannada/Telugu
Qualifications
Proficiency in English , Malayalam & Hindi
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
