SF and Moodle]:
Role and Responsibilities:
Success Factor (SF):
-Ensure smooth functioning of Success Factor as an online test platform and LMS.:
Explore areas where automation can be introduced in SF w.r.t. Learning & Development.
Explore tools and softwares which can be integrated with SF to enhance performance and do need based customisation.
Initiate discussion with vendors for upgradation of SF. Evaluate the proposals, coordinate with selected vendors for upgradation and automation.
Resolve issues arising in implementation of online trainings and certifications in SF LMS
Educate the team on LMS and technical requirements.
Provide best-practice guidance on LMS processes and knowledge on how to leverage the solution to add value to organization

Moodle:
Manage the life cycle of content (i.e., uploading, updating, tracking, etc.):
Administer, maintain, update and document the Moodle LMS setting and plug-ins:
Manage the process by which existing courses are revised and refreshed for release to subsequent cohorts:




Provide architecture, administration, and functional support to extend out-of-box Moodle capabilities:
Recommend, plan, test, execute, and validate Moodle enhancements, customizations, and upgrades:
Technical / Functional / Soft Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably CSE, IT
Overall IT experience of 5+ years out of which at least 3 years’ full lifecycle experience in Reporting & Analytics/PMGM/CDP/ SAP Success Factors LMS implementation role.
Need certification in SAP SF Learning Management Certification Exam
Conversant with SF Support model and process and SF troubleshooting skills.
Integration support skills between SF and SAP
1+ years of experience in Moodle LMS with a thorough understanding of various Moodle modules and experience in customizing Moodle functionalities
Experience in building or managing a content management system (CMS) is a plus.
