We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Jr. Accounts Executive to join our team. The Accounts Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper accounting practices in line with organizational policies. This role involves recording day-to-day financial transactions, managing ledgers, and supporting overall financial reporting using Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update all financial records systematically in Tally Prime.
Record sales and purchase transactions accurately and on time.
Process and record all bank-related transactions, including receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
Pass necessary journal entries to ensure accurate books of accounts.
Assist in the preparation of periodic financial statements and reports.
Support in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities as required.
Coordinate with internal teams for invoice processing and documentation.




Maintain proper documentation and filing of all accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide assistance during internal and external audits.
Perform any other accounting or finance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably with hands-on experience in Tally Prime.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Office, and Google drive.
Positive understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
