Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.
Explain company products and services effectively.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince and handle customers politely.
Positive attitude and team-working skills.
Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹12,000.00 per month
