Key Responsibilities
Identify potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and area mapping.
Explain and promote financial products such as business loans,vehicle loans,:
Collect customer documents and complete KYC verification.
Coordinate with the credit team for loan approvals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers and partners.
Conduct door-to-door visits, follow-up calls, and field marketing activities.
Handle customer queries and provide proper guidance.
Maintain professionalism and company brand image during field interactions.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of finance/loan products.
Ability to convince customers.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM apps).
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹25,588.06 - ₹30,584.49 per month
