About Job:
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a skilled and friendly experience.
Make outbound calls and follow up on enquiries, quotations, service, and payments.




Responsible for handling clients' queries and to provide excellent customer service.
To actively participate in strategy formulation for business development and marketing.
Follow-up enquiries, quotations, payment after sales, relationship building with customer.
Maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
Coordinate & Work with the sales team and managers on issues concerning sales and customers.

Skills Required:
Positive Communication and calling skills.
Solid follow up and coordination skills
Customer
focused attitude.
Good knowledge about the products like CRM, MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.

Experience:Min. 1 year

Schedule:
Day shift
Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays Off)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
