Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Bitrix24 CRM based on client requirements
Customize modules, workflows, and business processes within Bitrix24
Handle data migration, system setup, and user onboarding
Provide client training and demonstrations:
Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
Maintain proper documentation of implementations and processes
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, development, support)

Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Bitrix24 implementation:
Solid knowledge of CRM concepts and workflow automation:
Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and webhooks:
Positive communication and client-handling skills
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Ability to work independently and in a team

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
