Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities in line with company goals.
Client Engagement: Explain property details and services to customers, addressing inquiries and providing explicit and accurate information.
Brand Representation: Develop and promote Bullmen Realty as a leading brand by maintaining service standards in line with company policies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid relationships with clients through regular calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Sales Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via calls and meetings to perform a needs analysis and identify sales opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring all relevant documentation is submitted and deals are closed efficiently.
Reporting:Regularly report on sales activities, track progress towards sales targets, and provide insights to top management.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team targets,



ensuring sustained growth.
Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends and competitors to adjust strategies and position Bullmen Realty as a market leader.
Customer Account Management: Handle key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to customer relationship management.
Basic knowledge of the real estate market and trends is an advantage.
