Responsibilities:
Analyze existing property and casualty insurance processes such as policy administration claims handling and underwriting to identify operational gaps and improvement prospects that increase efficiency and accuracy in client engagements.
Document detailed business requirements user stories and use cases for insurance transformation initiatives that ensure technology solutions address core business needs for carriers and intermediaries.
Collaborate with product owners architects and development teams to translate complex insurance domain requirements into explicit solution specifications that can be implemented within agreed timelines and quality expectations.
Coordinate and support system configuration functional testing and user acceptance testing activities for policy and claims platforms to validate that delivered solutions align with documented requirements and regulatory standards.
Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of insurance data including loss trends premium performance and operational metrics to generate insights that inform strategic decisions for clients.
Prepare client ready presentations process maps and status reports that clearly communicate progress risks and recommended actions for ongoing consulting engagements in the property and casualty domain.
Engage with client stakeholders across business and technology functions to gather feedback clarify expectations and ensure alignment on priorities scope and success criteria for each project.
