Hiring: Service Engineer (CNC Wire Machinery)

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Chennai! If you are a hands-on problem solver with experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting especially with Wire Bending, Wire Forming, or Spring Coiling machines we want to hear from you.

Job Details
Role: Service Engineer
Experience: 3+ Years
Travel: Required (Willingness to travel for client visits)
Training will be Provided in Our China Factory

Key Responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure CNC wire machinery at client sites.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and provide ongoing technical support.
Fault Handling: Resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
Customer Training: Guide clients on secure machine operations and basic maintenance.

Requirements
Proven experience in CNC machine servicing.
Knowledge of wire bending, wire forming, or spring coiling machines is highly preferred.
Solid technical aptitude in both mechanical and electrical systems.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
