Key Responsibilities:
Verify and scrutinize bills submitted by site engineers, contractors, erectors, and vendors as per work orders, BOQs, and agreed terms.
Ensure bills are supported with proper documents such as measurements, completion reports, approvals, and tax invoices.
Coordinate with site teams, project managers, and operations for bill clarifications, corrections, and approvals.
Track project-wise billing status and maintain accurate records and MIS.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms, GST norms, and company billing procedures.
Prepare and process bills for submission to accounts for timely payments.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
