We are currently hiring for the role of 2nd Class - Boiler Operator for our chemical manufacturing company at Badlapur unit.

Job location: Badlapur
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: 2nd Class Boiler operator.
Take Charge of Boiler in boiler room, first read log-book & carry out pending job of previous shift.
Routine work like, Burner plate cleaning, Fuel charging, Water makes up filling, Tanker unloading to be performed in each shift.
To take round of boiler area & physical inspection of equipments, if any abnormality observed to be informed to Supervisor/Maintenance Incharge.
To Check & Maintain level of all water tank, cooling tower, basin water level.
Give blow-down of cooling tower & boiler once in a shift.
Maintain half yearly boiler inspection record & inform due date before one month.
Daily give sample of boiler feed water & blow-down water to lab & maintain record
Check chimney smoke once in a shift.




To do all preventive maintenance of boiler as per schedule Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/ Half Yearly & Yearly and fill in ISO formats.
Record the daily log book parameter at regular specified interval with proper timings & signature.
All utility activities like water filling, strainer cleaning, flow rate measuring, Boiler pump repairing/overhauling.
Carry out water treatment activity like, cooling tower treatment, Softner /regeneration etc.
Maintaining & recording of Fuel consumption & taking stock day to day & maintain the inventory accordingly & intimate the fuel stock position to supervisors.
Maintain positive housekeeping of boiler plant.
