Overview:
The Privacy Operations Specialist supports privacy and data protection program by executing defined operational workflows for corporate due diligence and data classification. This role confirms that prospective business partners meet credentialing requirements, identifies potential foreign ownership concerns relevant to PADFA, and classifies data attributes within commercial data products. The position follows established policies and procedures, does not make independent legal or policy determinations, and operates within a controlled, U.S.supervised privacy operations function.

Responsibilities:
Process client, partner, and vendor due diligence credentialing requests in line with documented procedures.
Process requests for data classification using approved workflows.
Prepare required case files and documentation for supervisory review.
Escalate complex, high‑risk, or sensitive matters to Privacy Leadership.
Identify potential discrepancies, data quality issues, or policy exceptions during case handling.
Promptly escalate suspected incidents, complaints,



or regulatory risks through established channels.
Document actions taken in accordance with recordkeeping requirements.
Participate in periodic quality reviews and remediation activities.
Maintain familiarity with relevant privacy and security requirements as trained by the Company and its parent, Omnicom Group.
Complete required privacy and security training on schedule.
Access and handle personal data solely as necessary to perform assigned tasks.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in privacy operations, customer support, compliance operations, or similar
Solid attention to detail and documentation discipline
Ability to follow structured procedures consistently
Qualified written English proficiency
