Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization in attracting, sourcing, and hiring quality talent within defined timelines. The role requires strong coordination skills, sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management, and recruitment process understanding.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from department heads.
Screen and shortlist profiles based on job requirements and organizational fitment.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage offer rollout, salary discussions, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
Coordinate with consultancies/vendors whenever required.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and approval processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HRMS/ATS platforms is an added advantage
Experience in corporate or consultancy hiring preferred
