Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities aligned with early years curriculum.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive setting where children feel valued and encouraged to learn.
Observe and assess children’s development and maintain accurate records of progress.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Promote effective communication and social development in children.
Ensure a clean, stimulating, and engaging classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience working with young children in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for teaching and early childhood development.
Compassionate, patient,



and nurturing demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (preferred).
Knowledge of early years frameworks and child safeguarding practices.
