Role Overview

The Sourcing & Procurement Executive will support the Business Operations team in

identifying vendors, negotiating rates, managing quotations, and ensuring timely procurement

for corporate clients.

This is a high-responsibility role requiring attention to detail, documentation accuracy,

vendor follow-ups, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Sourcing & Development




Identify and onboard recent vendors across categories (Kitchen Cafeteria, Electronics,

M&E;, Recreational items, hardware, plumbing, gifting, packaging, printing, etc.)
Conduct rate comparison and maintain an updated vendor database
Verify vendor compliance documents (GST, PAN, bank details, certifications)
Maintain backup vendors for all key categories2. Quotation & Costing Support
Collect and compare quotations from multiple vendors
Prepare detailed cost comparison sheets
Ensure accurate calculation of margins, freight, GST, and additional costs
Support senior team in preparing client-ready commercial proposals
Procurement Coordination
Follow up with vendors for production timelines
Track dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams
Ensure no delay in material dispatch

Maintain proper documentation of vendor agreements and pu
