Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls and provide solutions
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Work on web-based systems and software
Ensure timely resolution of issues
Follow company process and guidelines
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
