Job Title: Service Engineer

Dhanbad, Bokaro- Jharkhand

Department: Service & After-Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Terra Motors electric three-wheelers.
Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues related to electrical, mechanical, and battery systems.
Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure timely closure of service complaints.
Coordinate with dealers and service centres for repairs and maintenance activities.
Train dealer technicians and service personnel on product updates and troubleshooting procedures.
Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
Maintain service records, warranty claims, and technical reports.
Support breakdown assistance and field service activities when required.
Analyze recurring technical issues and provide corrective action recommendations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service support.

Qualifications & Experience:




Diploma/B.in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
2–5 years of experience in automobile, EV, or after-sales service operations.
Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, battery technology, and vehicle diagnostics is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.

Required Skills:
Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Positive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Jharkhand.
Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
