We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting a smooth customer experience through effective communication and basic data handling.
Freshers with valuable communication skills and basic technical understanding are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries promptly via live chat platforms for global customers
Provide accurate information regarding orders, products, pricing, and account-related queries
Coordinate with internal teams such as warehouse, stock control, or operations for quick issue resolution
Create and maintain customer accounts by recording relevant information
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining service quality
Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate teams when required
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates in systems
Reporting & Coordination
Document customer feedback and recurring issues
Share insights and updates with internal teams to improve customer experience
Assist in preparing basic reports related to customer interactions and trends
Requirements:
Graduate / Any Degree (Freshers welcome)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with online chat tools and CRM platforms
Ability to use Google Translator or similar tools for global communication
Exposure to HubSpot / Navision will be an added advantage
Basic computer and internet troubleshooting knowledge
