Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Execution
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure effective workflow.
Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Allocate tasks to workers and ensure smooth operation of production lines.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure garments meet the required quality standards at every stage of production.
Conduct regular quality checks and address any defects or inconsistencies.
Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.




Team Supervision & Workforce Management
Manage, train, and supervise production staff to maintain high performance levels.
Assign duties and responsibilities to workers based on skills and production requirements.
Resolve any staff-related issues, ensuring a positive and productive work workplace.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements or additional training.
Inventory & Material Management
Monitor stock levels of raw materials, fabrics, and accessories to prevent shortages.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely replenishment of materials.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials to reduce wastage.
Machinery & Equipment Maintenance
Ensure all machinery and equipment are in proper working condition.
