Position Overview

We are seeking a sharp, creative, and well-spoken Career Expert to lead our Fashion Design admissions. In this role, you will act as a mentor and a bridge between a student’s dream and a qualified career. You should have the intelligence to connect with students and their parents, including those from vernacular backgrounds, and clearly explain how fashion is a massive global industry involving technology, manufacturing, and business.

Key Responsibilities
Department Specialist: Lead the growth of the Fashion Design wing while maintaining a professional understanding of our Interior, Communication, and Innovation programs.




Simplified Counselling: Break down technical terms such as "Garment Construction" and "Textiles" in simple and easy language so that students and parents can understand comfortably and feel confident about the field.
Career Mapping: Use your logical thinking to demonstrate the high growth potential in India's luxury and export markets.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of ADI at schools and events, inspiring young students to pursue skilled excellence in design.

What We’re Looking For
Communication Mastery: Ability to explain complex global fashion trends in local languages with grace and clarity.
High Aesthetic IQ: A natural sense of style and a deep interest in the business of fashion.
Logical Persuasion: Able to handle tough questions from parents regarding job security and professional dignity in the fashion field.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Experience in the Fashion, Retail
