Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Solid knowledge of automobile industry, vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
Valuable communication, customer-handling, and team-management skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day service department operations.
Handle customer complaints, service enquiries, and follow-ups.
Supervise service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
Monitor vehicle servicing, repair quality, and timely delivery.
Prepare service estimates and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain service records and monitor departmental performance.
Ensure proper coordination between customers, technicians, and management.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
