Your RoleIn this role you will play a key role in:
A. Develop detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize and document business processes in collaboration with various experts to gather information and understand process requirements.

B. Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes and recommend improvements.

C. Ensure that all process maps align with business goals and compliance standards.

D. Integrate Box and other tools to enhance process efficiency and collaboration.

E. Conduct regular reviews and updates of process maps to reflect changes and improvements.

Provide training and support to teams on process mapping tools and best practices.

G. Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality in all process documentation KPIs for this role are
Process Efficiency: Measure the time taken to complete mapped processes and identify improvements in efficiency.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Collect feedback from stakeholders on the clarity and usefulness of process maps.
Integration Success: Track the successful integration of Box and other tools into the mapped processes.
Documentation Accuracy: Ensure that all process documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
YOUR PROFILERequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in process mapping and optimization, preferably in the BPO industry.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using process mapping tools such as Visio, Business Optix or similar software.
