Role Overview

As a Content Strategist at SHOEGR, you will lead the ideation, planning, and execution strategy for content across:
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Meta Ads
Website campaigns
Influencer collaborations
Community engagement initiatives

You’ll work closely with founders, creators, designers, editors, and marketing teams to create content that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and increases conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning




Develop monthly and weekly content calendars
Plan platform-specific content strategies
Research trends in sneakers, fashion, sports, and youth culture
Strategize campaigns around product launches and trending moments

Social Media Growth
Create viral short-form content strategies
Build engaging storytelling formats for Reels and carousels
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content
Increase organic reach, retention, and engagement

Creative Direction
Collaborate with videographers, editors, and designers
Create content briefs, hooks, and storytelling concepts
Ensure all content aligns with SHOEGR’s tone and visual identity

Community & Influencer Strategy
Identify sneaker creators and influencers for collaborations
Build UGC-driven campaigns
Strengthen SHOEGR’s sneakerhead community presence

Performance & Conversion Content
Develop high-converting content ideas for ads
