Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing
Maintain design systems, UI libraries, and documentation for consistency
Iterate designs based on feedback and data
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills:
1.5 years of proven experience in UI/UX design
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch:
Robust knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards
Positive communication and collaboration skills




Portfolio showcasing UI/UX work and design thinking process

Nice to Have:
Experience with tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end basics (not mandatory)
Understanding of agile development processes
Exposure to A/B testing, analytics, or user behavior tools like Hotjar or GA

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
