A Logistics Supervisor oversees daily supply chain operations, managing transportation, warehousing, inventory, and staff to ensure goods move efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time, focusing on coordination, process improvement, cost reduction, compliance, and team leadership. Key duties include supervising warehouse staff, tracking shipments, managing inventory levels, negotiating with carriers, and ensuring safety/regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution; manage daily workflows; plan vehicle routes.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, oversee stock checks, manage storage, and resolve discrepancies.
Staff Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate logistics teams; assign tasks and manage workloads.
Cost & Efficiency:



Analyze shipping costs, negotiate with carriers, implement strategies for efficiency, and reduce expenses.
Coordination & Communication: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, customers, and other internal departments (e.g., Sales, Manufacturing).
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to safety, legal, and company policies; prepare logistics reports for management.

Core Skills & Qualifications
Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and logistics software.
Understanding of transportation regulations and safety protocols.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
