Key Responsibilities:
Online Store Management:
Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
Ensure accurate inventory management and product availability.
Sales and Performance Optimization:
Monitor daily sales and develop strategies to improve online sales performance.
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth prospects.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
Marketing and SEO:
Implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility.
Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ads and social media campaigns.
Customer Support:
Address customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Manage reviews and ratings to maintain brand reputation.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular performance reports for management.
Track KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue.
