Required Skills-Managed your own or someone else’s social media/content. Robust understanding of short-form content and what performs. Hands-on with tools like Canva, InShot, CapCut, or similar. Ability to think in numbers (performance > opinions). Basic understanding of marketing and user behavior. High ownership and quick execution mindset. Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta/Google). Exposure to analytics (Google Analytics or similar). Ability to handle multiple tasks in a rapid-paced setup. Good communication skills.
