We are looking for a well informed and brilliant Social Worker to join our rapidly-growing NGO. Preferably Female

Responsibilities
Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, and outreach programs.
Facilitate community participation in development initiatives.
Connect beneficiaries with healthcare, education, housing, and livelihood opportunities.
Collaborate with government agencies, donors, and partner organizations.
Advocate for marginalized groups and promote social justice.
Contribute to reports, proposals, and policy recommendations.
Maintain accurate case records and progress reports.
Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.




Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with diverse and marginalized communities.
Knowledge of local welfare schemes and NGO operations.
Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and cases.
Fluency in local language(s) is often preferred.
Proficient with social theories and practices

Job Types: Full time, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
