This role requires strong communication, structured follow-ups, ethical counseling, and the ability to work toward monthly goals in a professional setting.

A successful Academic Counselor at Teams Abroad is someone who:
Clearly understands student and parent requirements through effective communication
Provides accurate and ethical career counseling based on student profiles
Guides students toward suitable countries, universities, and courses




Maintains consistent follow-ups and converts inquiries into admissions
Achieves assigned monthly counseling and enrollment targets with discipline and professionalism

Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and in-person counseling for study abroad aspirants
Understand client requirements and recommend best-fit study options
Maintain student records, follow-ups, and conversions using the CRM system
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth admission and documentation processes
Stay updated on admission procedures, scholarships, and visa guidelines (training provided)
Build long-term trust with students and parents through transparent communication
Experience in any sales-oriented role with qualified communication etiquette or admission sourcing will be an added advantage
Freshers with robust communication skills, the ability to work toward business development goals within tight timelines, and a positive learning mindset are welcome
