Job Summary

The Site Architect is responsible for overseeing and managing all architectural aspects of in office construction activities. This role ensures that design intent, quality standards, and project specifications are accurately implemented during the execution phase. The Site Architect acts as a liaison between the design team, contractors, and project management to ensure smooth coordination and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor in office architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to resolve design and construction conflicts.
Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and identify potential issues early.




Provide technical guidance and support to site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure that all architectural works are executed in accordance with local building codes, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation related to architectural works.
Participate in site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors to address design-related queries.
Assist in quality control and assurance processes to maintain high construction standards.
Support the project team in managing changes, variations, and design modifications during construction.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Skilled license or registration as an architect is an advantage.
