Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/virtual/in-person)
Coordinate interview schedules with clients and hiring managers
Handle offer rollouts and joining formalities
Meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
3+ years of experience in domestic recruitment (Freshers can apply)
Positive communication skills in English & local languages
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
Basic knowledge of recruitment lifecycle
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
Ability to work in a target-driven setting

Preferred Skills
Experience in IT/Non-IT hiring
Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Negotiation and closing skills
Time management and multitasking

Pay: ₹10,582.64 - ₹48,137.19 per month
