Responsibilities
Guide Agile teams as they use Takeda’s Agile Framework to adopt new ways of working through multiple Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Agile Scrum and SAFe.
Advise technical leads on staffing, mobilizing, activating, and sustaining Agile teams.
Coach and Mentor Product Managers/Owners, Scrum Masters, and team members as they work to improve team dynamics, velocity, psychological safety, and delivery of value.




Aid Scrum Masters and Agile team members in the use of Jira, Confluence, and other internally supported tools to manage Agile projects.
Assess best practices and determine necessary adjustments to improve team agility.
Support Product Managers and Functional/Chapter leads to maximize team effectiveness through structures that incorporate best Agile/Lean practices.

Requirements and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
10+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
Thorough understanding of OKRs, Scrum, Kanban, and/or Protected methodologies.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to reach audiences of all levels of a large global organization.
Experience developing learning content using recognized instructional design methodologies.
Business mindset coupled with intense intellectual curiosity.
