Role & responsibilities
End-to-End Development: Hands-on coding, building, and deploying robust solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
Integration Engineering: Design and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability as our heavily integrated ecosystem continues to grow.
User Experience Delivery: Build advanced, user-centric interfaces utilizing Service Portal and Workspace.
Multitasking & Initiative: Manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities simultaneously, acting as a proactive self-starter.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging solid communication, high EQ, and business acumen.
Strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC).
Experience in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management.
Ability to develop workflows, custom applications, integrations, and automation within IRM.
Robust understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
ServiceNow CSA, CAD, and CIS-Risk and Compliance (IRM/GRC) certification Mandatory
Exposure to contemporary technologies such as AI Ops and Agentic AI.
