We are looking for a dynamic Service Coordinator to join our client leader in Medical Equipments for its Vadodara branch. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth service operations, accurate documentation, and seamless communication between customers, engineers, and internal teams.

Job Opportunity: Service Coordinator - Vadodara

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Department: Service Operations

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily quotes for AMC, CMC, and SCA (Spares/Consumables/Accessories).
Process service and SCA orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Update customer and instrument data in CRM systems.
Record payment receipts in service software (Focus) on a daily basis.
Coordinate with technical experts to send PIR (Pre-Installation Requisites) to customers.
Communicate with customers for order follow-ups, commercial clarifications, payments, and dispatch schedules.
Issue Proforma and Tax Invoices to clients.
Liaise with backend teams (Stores/Warehouse/Accounts)



for order and dispatch updates.
Assign service calls to engineers as directed by Service Managers.
Provide daily backend support to the branch service team.
Submit consumption forms for free supply items and coordinate timely dispatch with HO/Store.

Skills & Knowledge Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (mandatory).
Exposure to CRM software.
Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and manage service operations in a quick-paced environment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
