Ensure timely filing and compliance of GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare GST reconciliations, TDS workings, and audit reports.
Maintain compliance with company financial policies and legal regulations.

ERP Implementation Responsibilities
Lead ERP implementation and process integration across all departments.
Coordinate with ERP vendors, software teams, and department heads for smooth execution.
Create and manage ERP masters including Item Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master, SKU Codes, and Process Masters.
Ensure proper data migration, validation,



and accuracy during ERP setup.
Develop department-wise workflows and approval systems in ERP.
Train employees and department users on ERP operations and reporting.
Monitor ERP performance and identify process gaps for improvement.
Ensure proper user access control and system discipline.

Purchase Department ERP Coordination
Implement ERP processes for Purchase Orders (PO), approvals, inward entries, and vendor tracking.
Ensure accurate raw material inward and purchase bill matching.
Coordinate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process in ERP.
Monitor pending purchase orders and vendor outstanding reports.
Ensure proper rate, quantity, and tax verification in ERP entries.

Inventory & Warehouse ERP Management
Ensure accurate stock management and inventory tracking through ERP.
Monitor inward, outward, stock transfer, and stock adjustment entries.
