Key Responsibilities:
Own ServiceNow enterprise platform blueprint, architecture and roadmap .
Define multi-instance strategy, tenant architecture, domain separation, instance consolidation and upgrade strategy .
Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, ESB and legacy systems .
Drive CSDM, CMDB, Asset and Business Service architecture and data governance.
Establish platform technical governance, technical-debt management and Instance Health .
Ensure configuration over customization , upgrade-secure and OOTB solutions.
Perform performance optimization , including slow scripts, queries and database indexing.
Define CI/CD, Git, ATF and App Engine Studio architecture and governance.




Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture / Architecture Review Boards and provide strategic guidance.
